This is the second major single (fourth overall) released by BABYMETAL. It was released in Japan on June 19, 2013, in three versions: a standard edition, a limited edition and a special edition. The limited editions included DVDs meanwhile the special editions were sold only at live concert venues.

This is their first single after becoming an independent act.
